Our History

ARCapital, Inc. was incorporated on October 28, 1994 and has been an active Florida corporation in good standing ever since. The company is a registered Disabled Veteran owned small business and has provided financial consulting services to profit, not-for-profit businesses and governmental agencies and proofreading and quality control services in the publishing industry. Over the years, the management of the company has recognized a need for businesses to improve both their middle and senior management skills if their company hopes to succeed in an increasingly competitive global market. To fill this need ARCapital, Inc. established its Professional Development & Training Division. The company has formed a strategic alliance with HRD Press to provide products and technical support for many of the professional development and training courses we offer. We believe that HRD Press, using the latest technology, offers the best quality training and HR development products in the industry.

Our training is facilitated through various methods: personal contact, group personal contact and global virtual contact through WebEx, GoToMeeting and On Demand.
