ARC Professional Development and Training Division aims to provide several customized training programs to our clients. With the introduction of this website, we plan to make available many non-customized instruction courses to a broad array of clients in Government and Business service. Currently we offer individual assessments covering a variety of business issues where employees play a critical role in the success of the operation. These assessments allow an individual to develop a better understanding of his/her own business strengths and weaknesses along with suggestions on how to improve individual performance.
Our individual assessment course is focused on a leader’s critical ability to communicate effectively with subordinates. We will help leaders grasp the importance of understanding their communication skills based on their behavior style. How we communicate is just as important as what we communicate, especially with a multicultural work force. The DISCStyles of Behavior is a trusted tool that has been used by many of the Fortune 500 companies to ensure they are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Additionally, we are working with professional experts in their fields to develop instructional training that deal with Stress Management in the Medical, Aviation and Legal Industries.
